When a disagreement between the Wishers splits their group, it falls to Virginia, the newest member of the team, to try to pick up the pieces and put things back together. Along the way, she’ll learn how to fight turmoils, cure nightmares, and build relationships in the world as she solves the mystery of why her magical powers, and her familiar, are different than the other Wishers'. While Virginia works to restore her team and fights an ever-increasing tide of negative energy, she discovers that what seemed at first like a simple argument may be the result of a more malignant force.
